3. Estimate Requests Are Not Contracts

Submitting an estimate request through this Site does not create a contractual obligation on the part of NextDen Construction to perform any work, nor does it obligate you to hire us. All construction work is performed pursuant to separate written agreements signed by both parties. Any estimates or scopes of work generated — including those produced by our AI Scope Estimator — are preliminary, non-binding, and subject to change pending an in-person site visit, final measurements, and mutual agreement.

4. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date, including licensing status, service areas, and pricing references. However, we make no warranties that the content is complete, current, or free from errors. Construction costs, timelines, and availability are subject to change.
