• Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes job site photos and project descriptions to generate scope-of-work estimates (internal admin tool only; data is not used to train AI models per Anthropic's API terms)

We retain contact and project information as long as necessary to provide services and comply with Florida contractor record-keeping requirements (generally 3–7 years for project records). You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us directly.
