Visit Florida’s 11 national parks free on 6 days in 2025

by Andrew Harlan

Hey, Florida National Parks, we love you! The parks across the Sunshine State are more than worth the modest cost of admission. They offer unparalleled trails, kayaking opportunities, suspended bridges to explore, and even glamping options. Plus, you’re bound to encounter some of Florida’s vibrant wildlife along the way. The National Park Service has announced several dates in 2025 when they will waive entry fees.

“On designated days throughout the year, all visitors can enjoy free entrance to more than 400 national parks across the country. Whether you are a family looking for a weekend getaway, friends seeking a memorable outing, or even solo adventurers desiring to connect with nature, free entrance days make it easier for everyone to explore the parks,” the NPS said.
